These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk6854 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk6854 website located at https://pk6854.cam and all associated services, content and features.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk6854's operating entity is registered. Users acknowledge that this may not be Pakistani law, and that separate legal obligations under Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply independently and concurrently.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by the operator's registered entity.

Either party may terminate a user account in accordance with these Terms.

User-Initiated Closure:

• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Section 15.
• All outstanding wagering requirements must be cleared prior to final balance withdrawal.
• Active self-exclusion periods will be honoured even if an account closure is requested.

Platform-Initiated Termination:

• pk6854 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Where an account is terminated due to proven fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• pk6854 reserves the right to close accounts registered by users in jurisdictions where the platform is explicitly prohibited, including where applicable Pakistani law so requires.

pk6854 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform, by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the website.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
